Vocation

Morrison Home offers a variety of vocational opportunities to the students in the program. Students are engaged year-round in the Ready to Achieve Mentoring Program (RAMP), a high-tech, career-focused mentoring program for youth involved with or at risk of becoming involved with the juvenile justice system, geared toward youth with disabilities.

Students also participate in vocational workshops at Teaching the Autism Community Trades (T.A.C.T) with same-aged peers to learn new trades and engage in a hands-on learning style.

In addition to our community involvement vocations, students also participate in First Aid/ CPR/ AED to learn life saving measures and earn a two-year certificate. Through participation and engagement, the students earn certificates to build their resumes and job readiness skills.
